- Attend examinations for discoveries and obtain will-say evidence from fact and expert witnesses
- If negotiation is not possible, obtain a determination of your personal or business dispute at the BC Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Small Claims Court, Human Rights Tribunal, Civil Resolution Tribunal as appropriate
