Having represented both plaintiff and defendant clients, Ouran has a proven record of steering legal disputes towards resolution.

Ouran has been involved in the legal profession for 10 years. His legal career began in Toronto, Ontario, where he worked in the insurance defence department of a regional law firm. Then, he worked at two plaintiff side firms where he focused his efforts in resolving personal injury disputes and insurance claim denials.

In 2021, Ouran was called to the bar in British Columbia. He practiced for several years at Dolden Wallace Folick LLP and then at Clyde & Co Canada LLP. During his years in private practice, he has assumed conduct over litigation cases which fall within employment law, construction law, strata law, personal injury, insurance coverage law, and contract disputes. He is an Executive Committee Member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Construction Law section for the years 2023-2025.

Francine Fan, RCIC
