Pay Legal Fees.
***NOTICE TO CLIENTS***
Ensure that you understand the distinction between making a payment into our law firm’s trust account and for general payments.
Trust account payments: Payments you make to our law firm’s trust account, to be held by the law firm as a monetary retainer. The law firm will periodically (i.e. bi-weekly, monthly) bill against your trust deposit as it works on your legal case.
General payments: Money you owe to the law firm, or accounts receivable. For example, a general payment is made to our law firm’s general bank account after an initial comprehensive consultation with our lawyer.
1. Trust Account Payments
